Sri Lanka (formerly Ceylon) is an island about the size of Tasmania in the Indian Ocean, lying east of the southern tip of the Indian subcontinent from which it is separated by the Palk Strait. The population of Sri Lanka is 20.27 million, with 2.3 million people living in the capital city of Colombo. Major districts include Gampaha (2.2 million people), Kurunegala (1.6million people) and Kandy (1.3 million people). Sri Lanka's official languages are Sinhala and Tamil, although English is commonly used in government and is spoken competently by about 10 per cent of the Sri Lankan population. The major ethnic groups are the Sinhalese (74 per cent) and Tamils (18 per cent). The major religions in Sri Lanka are Buddhism (69 per cent), Hinduism (15 per cent), Christianity (8 per cent) and Islam (7 per cent). The currency is the Sri Lankan Rupee.

Arrive at Bandaranaike International Airport and warmly welcomed to Sri Lanka by Representative and take you to your hotel in Colombo.

DAY – 02 [COLOMBO/ PINNAWALA / HABARANA – APPROX 04 ½ HRS DRIVE]
After breakfast leave to Habaranna, En route visit Pinnawela Elephant Orphanage. Evening climb Sigiriya Rock.

DAY – 03 [HABARANA]
After Breakfast, engage in some soft adventure as Hot Air ballooning. Minneriya Safari and Elephant Rides. Therefore engage in a Village tour at Habranna an also engage in Cooking Session at the Village.

DAY – 04 [HABARANA / KANDY – APPROX. 02 ½ HOURS DRIVE]
After Breakfast proceeds to Kandy En route visit a spice garden. Evening (06.00 PM) view the cultural dance show.

After Breakfast transfer to Nuwara Eliya. Via Kithugala where you could engage in Kithugala white water rafting. En route visit a Tea Factory and an Estate.

After breakfast Morning Excursion to Horton Plains (Worlds End).

DAY – 07 [NUWARA ELIYA / UDAWALAWE APPROX 03 HOURS DRIVE]
After early breakfast transfer to Udawalawa, Enroute stop at Ella for adventure sports activities. The day of adventure activities. Many adventure activities can be indulged in at the site such as Aerial Rope, Monkey rope, Slithering rope, Toddy tapping, Mud activities, Para Gliding, Paint ball, Water polo, Canoeing, Kayaking and Mountain biking etc..

DAY – 08 [UDWALAWE / YALA -APPROX 03 HOURS DRIVE]
Early Morning Safari at Udawalawa National Park. The Udawalawa Elephant Transfer Home is an Elephant orphanage located within the Udawalawa National Park. Established in 1995 by the Department of wildlife Conservation, it is home to over 40 orphaned elephants.

After Breakfast enjoy the nature, evening engage in Yala Safari
Yala National Park is the most visited and second largest national park in Sri Lanka. Actually it consists of five blocks, two of which are now open to the public; and also adjoining parks. The blocks have individual names also, like Ruhuna National Park for the (best known) block 1 and Kumana National Park or 'Yala East' for the adjoining area. It is situated in the southeast region of the country, and lies in Southern Province and Uva Province.

After Breakfast, transfer to Bentota. En route sightseeing at Galle. The South Coast’s major city is Galle, whose oldest landmark is the massive Portuguese and Dutch fort in which the central city is contained. Transfer to Bentota. Evening spend the evening leisure at the Beach.

DAY – 13 [BENTOTA]
After breakfast, spend the day leisure at the beach or enjoy water sports at Bentota River.
Bentota - Facing the Indian Ocean, a tropical lagoon and a major river Bentota offers water sports possibilities nowhere else to be found. Apart from swimming, body-surfing or diving in the sea, you can jet-ski, windsurf, parasail or enjoy a romantic river safari on the river and lagoon.

After Breakfast transfer to Colombo. Afternoon engage in Colombo City tour and Shopping.
